Abdul Rahman Baba, popularly known as Baba Rahman, is a Ghanaian professional football player who currently plays as a left-back for Reading on loan from Chelsea and the Black Stars of Ghana. Baba Rahman was born on July 2, 1994. Rahman made his debut for his country in 2014 and was a member of the team that finished second at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

Club Career
He played in the Ghanaian Premier League with Asante Kotoko after starting his career with Dreams FC. He signed with Greuther Fürth, a Bundesliga team, in 2012, and played there for two seasons. After that, he played for FC Augsburg until signing with Chelsea in 2015 for a signing bonus of up to £22 million. After failing to win over the new Chelsea coach Antonio Conte during preseason, Rahman departed on a season-long loan to FC Schalke 04, the club announced on August 2, 2016, that Rahman had done so. Rahman began his loan with Reading on August 27, 2021.
