Rodrygo Silva de Goes, born on 9th January 2001 is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Brazil National team and La Liga club Real Madrid.

He began his career with Santos playing 80 games and scoring 17 times when he was bought by Real Madrid for €45 million in 2019.

Current form:- In this season Rodrygo made 11 appearances scoring four goals and four assists. In the champions league, he made 6 appearances and 3 goals with one assist. And in the UEFA Super Cup, he made only one appearance.

World Cup record

He was called up to Brazil under 17 team in 2017. He made his debut in the championship by scoring his side's only goal though they lost the match by 2-1.

In November 2019 Rodrygo was called up for the first time into the Brazil senior team against rivals Argentina. Though he only got the last 20 minutes to play the game which they lost by 1-0.

He got his maiden world cup call on 7th November for the 2022 FIFA world cup, Qatar. Though till his debut for the senior team he only played five matches and managed to score a single goal.
