I have found these five techniques to deal with this situation of phobia.
As very less is known about certain phobias, still we know that everything is connected to brain's ability of tackling stress and problems for allaying the sadness of phobias.
These five techniques are deep meditation, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, yoga, visualisation.
It would sound cliche but most of the problems can be combated through medication.
