2 Amla - Amla contains all taste except salty which makes it best for the people with hypertension . Have amla as a fruit or in juice form on empry stomach . Or have amla powder or tablet .
3 Garlic - It possesses anti - hypertensive property due to its piercing , pungent & reducing qualities which helps in clearing the body channels . It's best for blockage ! Chew on 1 garlic clove on an empty stomach daily .
4 Black raisins - They contain potassium which helps reduce blood pressure . Have 5-7 overnight soaked raisins 25-30 mins before breakfast .
