Here's a list of things you can eat while avoiding the above food list;
1 FERMENTED FOODS - Go for non fermented chilla and Dosa options like moong chilla, jowar chilla, rice and besan chilla, oats chilla and veggies cooked in batter.
2 REFINED SUGAR - Go for rock sugar.
3 CARBONATED DRINKS - Go for herbal teas infused with cumin, coriander and ajwain.
4 DEEP FRIED FOODS - Go for shallow fried foods or air fried/ baked foods.
5 MEAT/CHICKEN & EGGS - Switch to a vegetarian diet for time being till your gut settles and you get rid of digestion issues. Slowly reincorporat back with lesser amounts and have only during the day.
