Diabetes is a disease where insulin is not working as it should, how it works exactly is different for both types (1&2).
Figuring out what to eat when you have diabetes can be pretty hard to figure out, here are some suggestions:

The goal is to control your blood sugar levels, but before making any major diet changes make sure to contact your doctor first.
