Has this ever happened to you? You ordered something from USPS, FedEx, Amazon, food delivery, or maybe something valuable. The day of delivery comes, and you get a notification that it arrived. You open the door, and you come to realize that one of a few things happened. The package was treated poorly, and now its contents are destroyed. It was left in an extremely vulnerable place. Or maybe even, the package isn't even at your door โ it was delivered to the wrong house. Or maybe itโs somewhere else.
This is an issue that countless Americans face, and it's an issue that's gotten bad only recently. This is an issue that I have not had in the past, and it's an issue that many people I know, and that many I've spoken to, have not had in the past, but are persistently having now.
You see, this is the result of low work ethic, lazy, young people , too-good-for-honest-work young kids who just want to make a quick buck without a care in the world for how their actions affect others.
Something seriously needs to be done about this, because let me tell you, you won't get any help from the delivery companies or the food delivery apps. When your package gets lost or messed up, they put the onus on you. They blame you, despite the fact that the delivery companies have no doubt seen a massive rise in complaints.
We need to move back to a time where people actually took pride in their work and actually cared about how their work affects others. Because things are only going to get worse from here.
