It's Roohafza Season plus ramadan . The best combination ! Rose sharbat or Roohafza , has found a special place in iftar meals for decades . After a whole day without food or water , it serves as a perfect drink to quench oneβs thirst and get an instant hydration boost . Sharing my personal recipe , Let's make roohafza ;
INGREDIENTS ;
β’ RoohaAfza - 3-4 tbsp
β’ Milk - Cups
β’ Thinly chopped or grated apples - 1/2
β’ Watermelon pieces - 1/2
β’ Ice
β’ Almonds and Cashew - Chopped
STEPS ;
1 In a large pitcher Add milk and roohafza . Mix well .
2 Then add Chopped apples and watermelon into it . Again mix well .
3 Now add ice . Mix well and top it up with chopped almonds and cashews
4 Serve immediately and enjoy !
