Dzawo 11 FC stunned Speed Force FC in the opening encounter of Day 4, having won the game by a 15-0 margin. Mohammed Ahtesham Ali was the start of the game with 5 goals, while Ibrahim Ali and Mohammed Jawaad Hussain scored three goals each. 

The 2nd game of the game saw another one-side affair as Delhi Football Club defeated Sports Odisha 16-3. Chanpreet Singh Bhui, K Roluahpuia and MS Dawngliana got three goals each, while Gwgwmsar Gayary and Lalremruata scored a brace each.

Mohammedan Sporting Club got the better of Capital Complex FC, winning the game 7-4. The latter side scored the opening goal of the opening but couldn’t hold on to their lead.
