You know the outrage by Republicans and Democrats over Matt Gaetz being Appointed By Trump as Attorney General was politically motivated.

We need not look any further than Biden's Attorney General, Merrick Garland, to see what a real, politically-motivated, Attorney General looks like, the number of high-profile political prosecutions and threats that Garland's DOJ made against conservatives, and conservatives only, for clear political purposes has set a dangerous precedent for Democratic AGs.

Remember the DOJ memo which stated that parents who protested at school board meetings over things like critical race theory, pornographic books in school libraries, LGBTQ indoctrination in the classroom, should be examined as domestic terrorists? Or how about when a conservative man who would pray outside of a Philadelphia abortion clinic very often was arrested by the FBI and put on trial after he defended his 12-year-old son against harassment by a clinic escort — a case which the man successfully won. These are just to name a few.

Whether Matt Gaetz is confirmed as Attorney General, doesn’t excuse what Merrick Garland has already done, and to a worse extent. Whether you think Gaetz is qualified or not, there is no doubt in my mind that the most dangerous attorney general is already in office, and thankfully, he’ll be gone soon.
