Everyone is talking about supplements and vitamins but itβs high time we realise that food itself has most of the vitamins & minerals which our body needs !
Iβm not saying avoid supplements but please choose food as your first line of healing yourself and use supplements as an ADD ON .
Lemme tell you , how you can add more vitamins but naturally ;
1 Add 2 different colours of fruit to your daily diet more colour means more anti- oxidant properties . πππ
2 Add different veggies to your diet . Doing this gives your body variety and different veggie will have different vitamins and micro nutrients to help with your daily nutritional needs . π₯π₯¦π½
3 Keep your gut healthy and body hydrated . Almost All the vitamins and minerals are absorbed in the gut if you have gut issues like IBS or Leaky gut etc . you may be loosing out on vitamins as they wonβt be absorbed efficiently . Also all vitamins and minerals need water to get absorbed so keep yourself hydrated to get maximum absorption . πͺπ»
4 Adding good fats - Without enough fat , the body has trouble absorbing important vitamins , such as vitamin A , D , E and K . So start your day with good fat π«π₯
