I would like to recommend the adhirasam for today. I think in India a lot of region may taste it. In Tamil nadu we used to called by Adhirasam.
It's such a sweetest snacks ever. In that snacks in the center of the adhirasam has a whole. But some regions people aren't make that whole. Usually it makes in the diwali and occasion time only.😅
In the out side of the adhirasam has a rough one but inside is totally opposite like it has soft. Because the inside has tamarind powder so it likes soft one.
Want to say the procedure of the adhirasam. It just need a tamarind and Jaggery. Then will fried until it turn out the golden brown colour:)
