1 Protein shakes for breakfast won't work - if your hydrochloric acid is low because of underlying gut issues , digesting protein shakes or even lentils becomes an issue !
2 If you're having fruit thinking it's healthy - yes , in the right amounts it is , I'm not saying don't eat fruit.. but if you have candida , SIBO or recurring UTI which are gut issues and both can go undiagnosed , then too much of fruit can actually be feeding your bad bacteria .
3 Expensive supplements - these will be a waste of your money as unresolved gut issues will affect the absorption of many nutrients even from your food , let alone these supplements !
