Nosratullah Habibi, an experienced wushu artist from Afghanistan, won the bronze medal in the 75 kg wushu competition of the Asian Games. In the quarter-final stage, he defeated "Saofanao" from Thailand 2-0 and reached the semi-finals of the tournament.

In another match, Majid Rasouli from Afghanistan lost to "Jin Seon-jeon" from South Korea with a score of 2-0 in the 65 kg weight and in the round of 18 of the Wushu competition.
