Harvard, one of America's most prestigious universities, saw a 15% decrease in its endowment over the time since the pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas students set up camp on Harvard's campus, just as they did on many other Ivy League campuses across the United States.
Harvard saw billionaire donors cut off their funding in the wake of former Harvard President Claudine Gay refusing to condemn student groups that held Israel responsible for the October 7 attacks by Hamas. These billionaires included Len Blavatnick, Ken Griffin, along with many other wealthy donors.
The fact is that successful people normally gave one thing that much of Harvard's pro Hamas students don't have. That is common sense.
Whatever programs this school needs to cut back on due to funding shortages will be 100% the fault of the administration of Harvard that refused to protect their Jewish students. And now that Hamas's leader, Senwar, is dead, I'm almost certain that these pro-Hamas students will come out of the weeds once more and rally in further support of him as a martyr.
