Have you watched the movie Killer Doll?

The Killer Doll movies are a series of horror films starring a doll who kills everything he encounters to get what he wants. The doll's name is (Charles Lee Ray) or Chucky for short (January 24, 1950 - November 9, 1988). Chucky is the doll who tries, through magic, to possess a soul.  Human, the doll was previously a dangerous killer, but he was killed by the police. Therefore, he tries to return to human form in order to take revenge on the policeman who killed him, but he is shocked that he cannot return to human form except by killing the first person he sees in the form of a doll.  This person is a boy no more than seven years old named Andy.

And from here begins a series of films that are terrifying and funny at the same time, as he tries in each of the seven parts to return to the form of a human being, not only himself, but also with another killer doll that joins him in one of the other parts.
