Health is one of the most crucial part of life it plays a pivotal role in one's lives but health not only means being physically fit and having good body posture on the contrary it involves a wide spectrum of things such as our mental health, our oral health, how we think, how we react to various stimulus, how we talk how we walk basically our health represents what kind of person we our and what sort of thoughts we possess for others nowadays health is also being associated with neurosciences like how strongly our brain nerves function in different circumstances.
But in a recent report by the Ministry of Helath and Family Welfare, Government of India it clearly states that more than fourty percent of the population of our country are considered as unhealthy both in terms of physically and mentally and another report being issued by our honourable Ayush Ministry, Government of India states the various reasons behind such deteriorating health condition of our country's people os of because improper sleeping schedules, excessive screen time, consumption of excessive fast food, increasing work loads, personal issues which leads to anxiety and panic attacks all these are the causes behind such a poor helath statistics of our nation specially children are more prone to such health issues
But the need of the hour is to implement proper health strategies and go into the grassroots of the problem and eradicate it form there we can start a proper sleeping schedule whichconsists of minimum eight hours of sound sleep, we can get more closer to spirituality because it helps to calm our mind and soul, we can start having proper dietary plans such as increasing the consumption of green leafy vegetables which are rich in protein content and helps in the proper functioning of our body systems, we can start practicing yoga and meditation which helps to calm down the stressed muscles of our body.
Hence these strategies would surely make some change in our lives.
