Here are few things I do to keep myself sane:
Cooking: I cook my meals whenever feasible. Here’s myself grilling some paneer(cottage cheese) in my restaurant.
Weightlifting/Yoga: An hour a day at gym gets you going for the day.
Spending time near nature: I reserve a day every week to visit my farms(mostly Sundays); It helps keep me grounded. After all, we are anything but a speck of dust in this nature.
Travel solo: I love travelling solo be it to mountains or beaches. You can always ask someone to click pictures for you though.
Reading: I always find my solace in books in my hard times. Here’s my mini library at home.
