Ingredients;
- Oil 1-2 tsp
- Jeera
- Hing
* Onion 1 small
- Ginger and garlic paste
- Tomato puree (1 med size tomato)
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Jeera powder
- Coriander leaves
- Moong dal 50g
- Amchur powder ~ Alfa Alfa sprouts
* Chopped green chillies
- Cucumber
* Mint chutney
- Imli chutney
* Lemon
Steps to follow;
1 Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, hing, chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and finely chopped coriander leaves.
2 Mix it all really well and then add soaked moong dal (soak for 30 mins) to it. Cover it with a lid for sometime and then add amchur powder and sprouts and mix it well.
3 Transfer it into a bowl and add chopped green chillies, cucumber, mint chutney and imli chutney.
4 Mix it all really well and it's done. Squeeze a lemon and it's ready to be served.
