Home Secretary Palden Dhondup graced the inaugural ceremony of the 22nd Primary Cooperative Societies’ Administrative Conference as the chief guest along with Additional Secretary Jampa Phuntsok on 28 August 2023.

Home Secretary delivered the address on the occasion which was held at Lugsam Cooperative Society’s community hall.

Following the ceremony, the duo paid an assessment visit to the nursery schools under the Early Child Care and Education (ECCE) programme in Lugsam and Delar settlements.

In the afternoon, the duo along with the Settlement Officers of Lugsam and Delar visited and assessed the ongoing construction of the community hall for Tsering Gepheling residential quarters and held discussions on the course of future projects and provided guidance.
