Step to follow :

1. Add 3 tbsp of butter to a pan and let it melt. Keep the flame on slow medium. Add 8-10 chopped garlic cloves and fry for a min or two. Add 250 gms of washed and chopped mushrooms. I have cut 1 mushroom in 4 halves depending on the size. Saute the mushrooms in butter.

2. Add 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp crushed black peppercorns and salt to taste. Mix well.

3. Add 1 tbsp butter and mix well. Add a handful of chopped coriander leaves and toss.

4.Serve hot.
