So it's very important to know that how and when to eat fruits. Let me tell you ;
• Avoid eating fruit as a desert after a heavy meal.
• Keep 2 hours gap between a meal and fruit consumption.
• If you have consumed fruit first, keep 1 hour gap before having a solid meal.
• Do not have fruits for Dinner.
• Avoid eating fruits after sunset.
• Its better to have fruits at 11AM and 4 PM.
Do not mix fruit groups. As there are 3 fruit groups which should never be mixed together;
1 Sweet fruits - Mango, Banana, Peach, Papaya, Avocado.
2 Sour fruits - Orange, grapefruits, lemon.
3. Astringent fruits - Apple, cherries, pear, berries.
