The answer is "NEVER"!
The word "cheat" has a negative connotation & is generally associated with illicit behavior. The idea of cheat meals/days is seen as a free pass for overeating and then feeling guilty about it, which is again an unhealthy habit.
People who associated chocolate cake with celebration had more success with their weight loss goals than those who linked this food to feelings of guilt. If you have to stick to a structured nutrition plan to achieve specific fitness goals and you want to treat yourself occasionally, it's completely fine. You don't need to give that day a name, so stop calling it a "CHEAT DAY".
Also, don't take this as an excuse to indulge in hyper-palatable foods frequently, especially if you are on a fat loss journey.
