How to actually recognise a self-fulfilling prophecy?
If you frequently make pessimistic predictions about your future, you are likely to be caught in a self-fulfilling prophecy somewhere.
Or if you tend to ruminate on past bad experiences and you often do it to bring it for the brain to notice, then, of course, it's a sign.
Others would mainly focus on the negatives in any situation and believe that your pessimistic predictions are inevitable and that you can't do anything to control them.
These may begin slowly as a behaviour and become a habit or knack for following a self-fulfilling prophecy.
