Loneliness is a very subjective feeling in which people feel a lack of companionship. Those who feel lonely while around others do not feel a sense of connection with the people around them.
How to feel better while being alone
The following tips can help those who find happiness about being alone, increase their wellbeing and it can lessen the feeling of isolation or loneliness.
Take up a new hobby
To lessen the feelings of loneliness people may want to try out a new hobby, restart an activity which they used to enjoy or try out a new class.
