To be healthy we must eat well eating foods that are low in saturated fat and tranks fat as well as low in cholesterol.Reduce your intake of sugar salt (sodium) and alcohol eat more fiber which can be found in fruits vegetables,legumes,whole grain products and nuts.
It is very important to have a good power because it includes the vitamins and minerals that our bodies need to work and stay healthy, it is also good to have a healthy diet that provides enough calories to give us the energy we need to live each day.
GOOD HABITS.
1.-Control the portions.
2.-Eat fruits and vegetables.
3.-Drink water.
4.-Distribute the meals.
5.-Experts recommend eating 5 meals a day.
6.-Eat fish twice a week.
7.-Eat slowly and chew.
