How to bulk properly:
1/ Smart programming
- 4-5 training days/week
- Muscle groups hit twice / week
- Progressive overload
2/ Compound & accessories
- Progressive overload on compounds - Compounds are the priority
- Accessories act as a cooldown
3/ Slight calorie surplus - 10-20% calorie surplus
4/ Rest days & 7-8 hour sleeps
- 2-3 rest days/week
- Drink a lot of water - Have a sleep schedule
It doesn't have to be complicated.
It doesn't even have to be hard, make it enjoyable and fun.
You're not competing as a powerlifter of a bodybuilder, don't take it extremely seriously.
