If you want to be stress-free , the answer is in the word STRESS itself ! These are some simple but effective tips , key to dealing with stress ;
1 S- STRENGTH - Take care of your physical , mental and emotional strength . If you are physically weak , small things can easily affect you . Consistency in meals , sleep , exercise and being addiction-free is helpful . For mental strength , choose to harbour constructive thoughts to strengthen your emotional muscles , collect good memories in your mind and stay cheerful .
2 T- TRAFFIC CONTROL - When incidents happen , thinking can end up in overthinking . When you overthink , you start over experiencing your emotions . That is when a traffic jam occurs . The solution is to control the traffic . Take baby steps to lead the mind from a wandering and fluctuating state to a meditative state .
3 R- REDESIGN - Revisit your beliefs , concepts , values and priorities . Your behaviour depends on your beliefs . If you redesign your beliefs , the behaviour will effortlessly be wonderful . Instead of proving to others , focus on improving your own life .
4 E- ERASE - Like a broken record player that plays the same thing over and over again , when your mind is stuck , it keeps thinking of the same incident and you feel paralysed . Erase and forget .
5 S- SHARE - Why are you sensitive only to the people near and dear to you ? Experience the joy of sharing . Make the whole world your family . You do not have to give something big .
6 S- SURRENDER - As much as you have the feeling of doership in you , "I'm the doer , I did it , I should be acknowledged , get the credit , be appreciated", the more you will be under stress . You may be the instrumental cause but you are not the only cause for success .
