1 Habits - Since you have achieved your goal the most important thing is not to go back to your old habits. You had put on weight because you were leading a sedentary lifestyle and not tracking your food intake. To successfully maintain your weight you are not moving back to your old habits.
2 Diet - When you lose weight your appetite might increase because of dieting for a long time. So plan your meals in a better way. Calculate your new maintenance calories and make sure you stick to that caloric range. Don't go on a junk spree because you are leaner now. If you end up doing this sooner or later you will be back to square one.
3 Activity - Doing any form of activity is a must. You can't just get complacent thinking since you have achieved what you want and now it's time to become carefree. When you lose weight your calorie expenditure drops so it's important to make sure that you be more active. Resistance training with high n.e.a.t is important since it gives you the advantage to add more calories to your diet.
4 Stick to basics - Keep your basics right. Don't chase something which you can't sustain. Sustainability is very crucial. Try to keep your diet around your daily eating habits and same way maintain your active lifestyle. When you try a lot of things it makes you confused and you struggle to maintain your old habits.
