EXERCISE GUIDELINES;
- Include aerobic activities like walking, running, swimming, and dancing.
- 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity.
- Do strength-building exercises 2 or more days each week.
- Stop the activity if it's causing discomfort or dizziness.
