Talking about sex can often feel awkward, and it can sometimes even seem difficult to figure out what to say especially if you don't already fully understand your own body and pleasure. And that's ok. This isn't a one time conversation! It's an ongoing one!

Here are just a few examples of what communicating about your pleasure in bed could sound like:

"I don't feel comfortable with...

"I'm curious about....

"Would you like me to....

"Would you be open to trying....

"I love it when you touch....

"I'm not into ....

"It feels amazing when you....

For example:

"I love it when you tickle my back and run your hands through my hair before we get naked... it really relaxes me.."

"It feels amazing when you lick my clit and finger me at the same time!"
