Mango Sticky Oats😋
I am well and truly obsessed with this mango sticky oat recipe!🤤 I have eaten this nearly everyday. These oats are thick, creamy, sweet and silky and very addicting! You can eat this hot or cold depending on your mood and is delicious either way.❤❤
Ingredients:
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp milled flaxseed (optional)
1 tbsp condensed milk or other liquid sweetener
1/2 mango
Sesame seeds
A little more condensed milk to drizzle on top
Method:
Simply cook your oats with the water, coconut milk, flaxseed and condensed milk together until you reach your desired thickness. Add into a bowl and top with sliced mango, sesame seeds and a drizzle of condensed milk. Voila, you have the perfect breakfast. 😍🥭
