I believe society cannot be changed in a day, rather one has to put continuous efforts to bring change in the society. I do not believe in a particular religion or God, I believe I should put all my hardwork and efforts towards the improvement of sports amongst the youth culture in India.

Basically I was a taekwondo player in Assam and since 2012 I have taken up the responsibilities of aquatics in my state. I think our new generation needs to be mentally and physically stronger and the only way to do that is through sports. I take inspiration from my society and I believe we will have to produce and involve athletes into sports, starting from the basics of running, stretching and cardio and the vision should be towards total self development. Even today I am learning in a lot of areas, where it is quite a difficult job to put a child in a particular sports. Even Shiwangi Sharma has been under my guidance, where she along with Astha and Vikram had played in the Asian games bug to put more athletes into any particular sports there should be proper remuneration for positive results which I believe is heavily lacking in Assam.
