Simple ways to lose fat
1. Burn more calories than you eat.
The good part about this is...
You DON'T have to stop eating the things you
LOVE,
Instead, you them in a LIMIT.
As long as you remain within your daily calorie goal, and eat enough protein, you're good to go! V
2. Exercise / Strength Train
Even if your aim is to just lose fat, do that with weighted training.
WHY?
Because you're simultaneously losing fat & building muscle.
Otherwise, it's extremely hard to gain and build muscle
once your body has trained for months to just lost fat, AND
you get loose skin which is hard to go away.
3. Walk 10k steps everyday.
It cannot get any easier than this.
: If you walk a minimum of 10k steps a day (or more)
you don't need to do do cardio at all!
