We can see clearly in the screenshots that a report HAS BEEN filed by the NSUI.
The police obviously will not consider any such complaint as it is not true and the home minsiter is not missing(also it is not mentioned any where in my post that the police has and also the picture is a just a mere meme).

The NSUI have clearly said that the whole reason behind this complain was to make the home minister do something about the adverse situation and not just stay like a missing person.

I thought this was a great incentive to make him pay attention.(Even if you check twitter it is flooded with memes supporting this incentive #amitshahmissing)

So no I dont think it was fake but yes I agree that it was a mischief by the organisation.
