If you're feeling down and in need of some comfort.
Here's something that might be extremely helpful. It's quite simple. I want you to think about a book.
Not a book that you feel like you should be reading but a book that someone else has read to you? Or maybe even a book that you've read to someone else? A book you've shared because I think the most comfortable, comforting books are the books that we carry around with us in our hearts. They are a kind of a physical manifestation of a connection we have with someone.
It could also be a book you bought for someone or one that was recommended to you.
Think about the book that if you fell in love with somebody or if you had a child, you would say this is the book that I want you to hold in your heart.
Find that book and read just a single page out of it. For me, that book is The things you can see only when you slow down.
