Hi, everyone, we all are well aware that tomorrow is 21st June. This day is popularly celebrated as the International Day of Yoga. Yoga provides numerous benefits. Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration. The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone.
So, this day, let’s take a pledge together to practice yoga exercises, which will help our body, skin and muscles active and healthy!
