India lose to New Zealand, crash out of hockey world cup

New Zealand knocked out India, after emerging victorious 5-4 on shootouts, after the match was tied at 3-3 after regulation time.

India crashed out of the hockey world cup, while New Zealand advanced to the quarter-finals.

New Zealand will now face defending champions Belgium in the quarters on January 24 in Bhubaneswar.
