It's World Population Day, and I am not sure it's really happy for India, as it is the most populous country in the world as per the State of World Population Report 2023 by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)
The population of India is now 2.9 million more than that of China.
Though we as a country have a large population, and that makes us thing many more mind for revolution and contribution for the welfare of country
But we as a country lack resources, and the limited resources and opportunities certainly led to many more problems.
Here people are fighting for the most basic resources such as food, water, shelter, and clothing.
What's the point of being in such large numbers when people are fighting for even food to eat or water to drink?
I am sure the winning here doesn't really add for our good.
A large population also increases problems like unemployment and poverty, which is already at an all-time high in the country.
India is now stuck in a vicious cycle of high population and lack of resources will certainly create a lot of problems.
If the Indian government doesn't take measures and create opportunities for the youth, then the brilliant young minds we have in our country will go into vain and our high population certainly backfire our development and growth as a country but only just increase our problem.
What do you think? Do you think India's large population good for the country?
