Since many decades, we have been listening to moms rant about how milk is important and its a key component in our diet. Even the "Nani ke ghar ka malai waala dudh" was a key highlight in many of our lives. But everything stringed to milk is an old tale now.
With over half of the world's population reporting trouble digesting dairy, you may wonder whether you should keep consuming it or just eliminate it from your diet?
Milk is known for its numerous health benefits in people of all age groups ranging from children to old people. But lately the problem of adulteration of food products has multiplied to alarming extents thus posing serious health issues. Dairy cows are treated with artificial hormones and with many steroids and hormonal injections like:-
- Antibiotics
- Estrogen
- Progesterone
- Growth Hormone
to boost the delivery of milk production.
These extra hormones in the milk can actually throw our ratio of hormones off balance, thus posing serious health issues like:-
- ACNE
- BLOATING
- INFERTILITY
- LOW SPERM COUNT
- EARLY MENARCHE
- EARLY MENOPAUSE
Let's change our view and know that milk isn't actually a key component in our diet. We can get that amount of calcium from other plant based foods as well.
