Diet coke , as the name , it seems like its is a better and healthier choice when it comes to soft drinks . But what actually Diet coke is ?? Diet coke is a mixture of artificial sugars , additives and carbonated water-Although it has no calories , the nutritional value isn't much either .
Drinking 1 or two glasses of Diet Coke rarely isn't likely to harm you . We could assume that it could aid in a calorie deficit . The effects of diet coke on weight loss are *conflicting* !
Artificial sweeteners like aspartame and cyclamates are associated with ;
* Increased risk of obesity and metabolic conditions

This is only likely to result from very large intakes of such artificial sweeteners , more than 6 cans of diet coke a day .
