I don't really hate Trump, I think he's a funny man, his statements are funny, the way he speaks it's funny and this man got a huge support, I don't understand what's the reason behind it but damn he's popular, and that might be the reason inspite of everything he still seems like the next best choice as the US President.
I mean he's atleast younger than Biden, so the chances of longevity are better if US people go with Trump.
But it does makes me wonder at times, can Donald Trump still become a President after being indicted twice?
According to the experts, yes Trump has still run for the US President. As there are no restrictions in the US Constitution preventing anyone indicted or convicted of a crime, or even currently serving prison time, from running or winning the Presidency.
Even if Mr Trump were to be tried and convicted in one of the so-called "quick trials" he has repeatedly cheered China's government for operating in cases of drug offences, he could still run the entirety of his presidential campaign from a prison cell.
What is far less clear is what would happen were he to win in that scenario?
Just as there are no restrictions in the Constitution on a person running while under indictment, there is no explanation for what should occur in the event that they win.
Trump is adamant that he won't leave the run for US 2024 President. When he's adamant and the US laws allows him to run as the President, then nothing can stop him from running for Presidential Elections.
