Marking the end of 2022, I see too less masks and too many gatherings here. Even the president said that the pandemic is over.

According to World Health Organization officials, many nations have a pretty good handle on what's going on, owing to the spread of vaccines, the rise of effective treatments, and the immunity conferred by the large number of people who have had the disease.

However, does that mean pandemic is over? Or should we still continue taking precautions?
