CHUNKY MONKEY BLENDED OATS🤤🤤
Is this too indulgent for breakfast? Probably. Do I regret it, absolutely not. If you try one new breakfast recipe this week, let it be this!
Ingredients:
45g blended oats (processed into a flour)
A scoop of vanilla vegan protein
200ml almond milk
50ml water
A pinch of sea salt
Method:
Cook low & slow for 20-30mins, adding more water slowly when needed and stirring so its clump free and SUPER creamy.
Once at your desired consistency, top with a square of dark chocolate, peanut butter and banana slices.
