Duh, that's not exactly discrimination. Companies have certain criteria, they will want a particular set of people working for them. It's the truth that older people do have the disadvantage of those things.

However, they still have more power over the inexperienced youth. Every older man I've worked with has been really crappy and stuck up. Now with that attitude people are not gonna like them, are they? You can't be treating your coworkers like trash and then get upset that you're not preferred.
