It startles me how everything ceases with time; the little light glowing the evening wanes slowly, the constant chirping of birds, the commotion, the beauty, everything stops at once.
The hurried movements of the morning, vehicles running, people talking, there's visible silence after some time.
We know nothing is constant and that change is inevitable, but despite that, we wish and yearn for that constant, for something to stay with us as long as we live.
These thoughts scare me because if I like something, I don't want it to end; it scares me to the extent that when anything I waited for finally begins, I can't unabashedly accept the thought that it, too, will end soon.
There's a constant pricking and praying that never stops.
I will never accept it.
How can we accept the inevitability of change, according to you?
