It makes children comfortable with the fact that they can commit crimes and easily get away with it because of their age That does not create fear of justice among children.

They would undoubtedly think twice before committing a crime or breaking the law if they were to be prosecuted as adults and punished to the fullest extent of the law. They need to understand there are serious consequences of their actions.
