When we talk about the masters of toe-crushing yorkers, Jasprit Bumrah and Mitchell Starc are the two masters of the game. The duo went face-to-face on Friday (May 3) at Wankhede Stadium when Mumbai Indians were up against Kolkata Knight Riders in Match 51 of IPL 2024.

And who else but Bumrah would have had the last laugh? The talismanic Indian fast bowler showed all his class, and in the process, Starc tasted his own medicine.

It was last ball of the 18th over, which Bumrah bowled at yorker length area towards off stump. Coming at No. 10, it was only the second delivery which Starc was facing. Hence, you could expect the vicious yorker would be too hot to handle for Starc.

Of course, it happened the same in reality as well, as stumps got rattled while Bumrah did not even celebrate the wicket while returning to his run-up mark.
