Highlighting the significant reach and influence of Bollywood, Tangri acknowledged that working on national projects can amplify an artist's career due to larger promotions and worldwide releases.

However, she firmly dismissed the notion that regional artists are unsuccessful without Bollywood. Tangri pointed out the rich cultural heritage and independent success of Punjabi music, which predates Bollywood's influence. She cited examples of popular Punjabi artists like B Praak and Ammy Virk, who achieved fame independently before Bollywood noticed their talent.

Emphasizing the widespread appeal of Punjabi music, even within Bollywood, Tangri recognized the industry's role in boosting careers but underscored that true success lies in doing justice to one's craft.
