Salman Khan is down with dengue and won’t be able to host the show, Big Boss for quite some time. Meanwhile, according to reports, Karan Johar is going to replace him and host his show while Salman Khan is in bed rest.

KJo is supposed to host the special episode “Shanivar ka Var” and thanks to him who came to Salman’s rescue, Salman Khan can rest without having to worry about the reality show.
